Imagine this... It's dinner time and you are cooking spaghetti. Yum! You know you have all the ingredients in your pantry. Yay! However, your pantry is so unorganized you waste 10 minutes just searching for the sauce. Now your toddler is screaming because he is hungry and wants attention and your stress level rises.
It doesn't have to be this way! I am a huge advocate for pantry organization, along with lots of other organization, but as a mom, I need my pantry organized and pleasing to the eye. It makes a huge different in my mood and my ability to get dinner on the table in a timely manner. It also helps me make my grocery list! I can easily see what I am out of and need more of.
Steps to Organize Your Pantry.....
1 - Take everything out of the pantry and make sure you have ample shelving to start
2 - Throw expired and old items away
3 - Start categorizing items and grouping like products together - common categories are cans, noodles, chips, nuts, seasonings, spreads, and treats
4 - Contain your like categories in clean bins - we love these bins from Amazon - CLICK HERE
5 - Put everything back into your pantry space
